FAMU Annual Entomology Field Day and Workshop

Every year Florida A&M University organizes Entomology Field Day that provides recertification and continuing education credit for pest consultants. This is the longest-running connection to private industry is the Structural Pest Control Field Day and Workshop which has been held for nearly 50 years and provides certification services to professionals in several southern states. Pest consultants from Florida and neighboring states, including Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, Louisiana, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia, attend this field day. This field day provides credits for CORE, Public Health, and Fumigation, Lawn and Ornamental, General Household Pest, and Wood Destroying Organisms.
